I am so excited this project is finally done and ready to share!

Each of the slide decks below focuses on a different Social Emotional Learning topic. Each slide deck has a week of activities to complete focused on that topic. They all follow the same structure below:

Day 1 - Topic Introduction

Students watch a short video and then discuss the questions what does the topic LOOK like, SOUND like, and FEEL like?

Day 2 - Read Aloud

There are a few options of stories to read aloud depending on the age of your students. Many of the books can also be found on YouTube as a read aloud if you don't have the book.

Day 3 - Hands-On Activity

Students will participate in some type of hands-on activity to practice the topic of the week.

Day 4 - Discussion

Lead students through a discussion based on a quote about the SEL focus and discuss the what would you do scenario.

Day 5 - Group Activity

This day tends to be a little different each week depending on the topic. Some weeks this may look like a group activity (ie. sharing time) or it may be another hands-on activity.
